Insulated sandwich panels for use in the construction of temperature controlled environments and other thermal applications. The client has a full choice of insulated core materials that can vary from PU, EPS, PIR, XPS, RPET, mineral wool cores etc. Heavy duty closed cell foam insulations are a competitive option that has an excellent thermal performance, good shear and tensile strength, whilst being very lightweight. These properties coupled with our extra-large seamless panel module size make FastPanel insulated panels ideal for freezers, chill store and areas of high humidity. Large spanning seamless panels allow for speed of installation, reduced labour and economies during construction.
Similar to their Hygiene & Food panel range the FastPanel Cold Storage panels can be designed with various composite build ups to match a variety of performance criteria. FastPanel Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Panel range is available with a smooth or embossed surface that can offer very large seamless insulated wall and ceiling solutions. Insulated panels can also be provided with Advantica L Control (WFSL) 120 micron thick White Food Safe Laminate.

Chosen material surfaces help to maintain clean and safe environments that are cleanable and, where necessary, safe for direct food contact.
